Charity People are delighted to be working with a Children's Charity in Surrey to recruit a Senior Individual Giving Manager. We are looking for an experienced fundraiser/direct marketer, specialising in acquisition channel marketing and supporter retention, to join their Individual Giving Team. The Charity has ambitious growth plans and have recently experienced their best year, so it is an exciting time to be joining.

The Senior Individual Giving Manager is a key role within the department providing strategic support to the Head of Individual Giving to drive organisational growth. You will work on a variety of channels, both online and offline, including warm cash, committed giving, raffle and lottery supporters. As the Senior Individual Giving Manager, you will also develop relationships with key external agencies, internal fundraising departments as well as working with their Supporter Care Team. This role has 3 direct reports.

Your role will also involve the management of the charity's Warm Donor Programme and Acquisition and Welcome Programme. Furthermore, you will take a strong role in giving strategic support to the Head of Individual Giving with annual planning for acquisition and retention.

We are looking for a strong candidate with proven direct marketing experience across multiple acquisition channels, as well as experience in donor development. You should have strong charity sector experience, line management experience and an ability to manage budgets.
