Overall Purpose of Store Manager:
To be operationally and financially responsible for food and kitchen equipment related purchases, goods in, stock control and administrating the audit trail of all goods purchased. Ensuring all orders are entered on to the Compass Purchase Ordering Logs correctly and in accordance with financial procedures and company standards.
Management of IPOE, Purchasing.
To ensure the effective running of the purchasing office operation and make sure goods are ordered and deliveries
recorded in a timely manner as the business demands
Manage and lead the purchasing team. Making sure all process and procedures are adhered to.
Provide commercial insight into the purchasing process working with culinary and finance to determine the best approach for the business
