Over the past seven years, Frontline has leveraged its success to build committed, high impact partnerships with a number of prestigious supporters including corporates, individuals, trusts and foundations. Our new fundraising strategy focuses on increasing our network of supporters, growing our fundraising events and identifying new potential funders.

We are looking for an experienced fundraising officer to join the fundraising team, which sits within the external relations division. The fundraising team is responsible for raising between £1m and £1.5m in philanthropic revenue annually, from corporate foundations, trusts and high net-worth donors. Frontline's philanthropic revenue compliments the contract revenue it receives from central and local government and enables the charity to carry out its broader mission to create social change for hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged children by developing excellent social work.

This position is one of two fundraising officer roles within the fundraising team. The successful candidate will work closely with the head of fundraising and other fundraising officer to implement Frontline's annual fundraising plan, taking specific responsibility for researching and engaging new corporate, trust and foundations funders, developing strong relationships and writing thoughtful and creative funding proposals. They will also be responsible for managing a number of key existing accounts, ensuring a high level of engagement with Frontline, and the delivery of high-quality grant reports. The successful candidate will also support the rest of the team in identifying new donors and new sources of revenue, including but not restricted to HNWI, event fundraising and small donor programmes. The fundraising team is supported by the marketing, events and communications staff of the external relations division.
