Traveller Education Support Workers assist all levels of school/setting staff to engage with GRT families and ensure effective transition, induction, and attendance for their children.

You will motivate and enable schools to have high expectations of these groups of pupils. Through your work you will support them to develop their capacity and own expertise around EAL and/or GRT pupils.
