The Role The firm are looking for a Residential Property Partner to join their Manchester office. You will work closely with the other Partners within the Residential Property department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team. The firm has a strong reputation for Residential Property work, with the department having strong relationships with a broad client base and an abundance of referrals on a weekly basis. The caseload will be varied and will include; sales & purchases of freehold & leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions. This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda.
