The Role of Product Manager

A strong Product Manager who can understand technical products will be best placed for this position. You will manage your product range from end to end supporting the NPD (stage-gate process) product positioning, pricing, distribution channels, collaboration with sales, marketing, R&D, operations teams.
  • Developing product positioning
  • Pricing strategies
  • Lead new product development projects
  • Deliver attributes for product line including product lead times, response time
  • Rationalize or add value-added products to the range
  • Support Technical Service & R&D, to define, obtain and maintain product certifications and approvals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations
  • Define and collaborate on the development of technical product performance collateral
  • Develop and implement training programs for Sales
  • Oversee competitive analysis including their strategy, product offerings

For the Product Manager, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: You will have experience in Proven B2B Marketing/product management experience, preferably in the construction industry with a strong technical background/aptitude.

  • Proven B2B Marketing/product management experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong technical background/aptitude
  • Commercial experience preferred
  • Good communication and team player skills
  • Process-oriented mindset and strong project management skills
  • University degree in a technical or business discipline, post-graduate degree preferred
