You will
  • Provide first-class, client-facing cloud support across both US and UK clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical support requests within SLAs, escalation internally or with third parties
  • Monitor trading systems and cloud infrastructure for our hedge fund clients
  • Strive to improve day-to-day operations to reduce support to zero
  • Operate client Azure environments as well as our own infrastructure
  • Have the mindset and technical skills to develop and implement automation tools and processes to remove manual overhead
  • Strong desire, passion and proven track record of technical advancement in public cloud technologies
RequirementsYou have
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a 2nd line role supporting Windows-based servers, desktops, Azure, Office 365, AWS, Active Directory environment and applications
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, O/S systems, Networking (such as TCP/IP, subnets, VLANs, and routing)
  • Experience monitoring and supporting complex environments, in client-facing roles and stringent SLAs
  • Skills and experience with automation and scripting which has resulted in a reduction of manual task overhead
  • GPOs, DFS and PowerShell
  • Mac/Linux knowledge or exposure
  • Experience or training with ITIL frameworks
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems, documenting issues and resolutions
  • Azure Cloud Accreditation or already on the development path to attain one
  • A customer focus, with developed customer service and communications skills

  • Security tools
  • SQL experience
  • Financial services, or trading exposure
