About the Role
As part of our transformation of the way we manage change, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our newly formed Client Delivery team within our Client Services function ahead of an exciting period of accelerated growth.
As a Business Analyst in Client Delivery you will play a vital role in the roll out of change for our new and existing client portfolio. You will actively seek new ways to improve processes and procedures as well as handling new requests and being able to determine requirements for all aspects of change. To ensure client requirements are accurately fed in to the business you will be working closely with all of our internal departments as well as supporting agile system developments.
As part of the role you will use your investigative skills to assess all impacts and to be able to provide solutions to problems. You will pro-actively strengthen and grow relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to create value and keeping clients satisfied with the service.About You
You will have knowledge of analysis tools and techniques gained through your experience of working within an analysis role and with agile development teams. You will have the ability to use these techniques to clearly present requirements to stakeholders. You will have experience of engaging with customers/clients and holding workshops to identify systems and process requirements and will have the natural ability to translate these requirements into recommendations and improvements.
You will have experience of multi-tasking individually and as part of a team. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business and key stakeholders. You will have excellent communication skills at the heart of your approach and be able to present findings and proposals to key stakeholders at all levels of the business and to our external partners. You will be responsible for reviewing problems and establishing recommendations, whilst evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and costs. Experience within a customer service and/or financial services environment would be advantageous however not essential.About Us
