This organisation is at the forefront of digital imaging and related solutions - they are committed to developing products that transform and improve the delivery of care globally.

As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the ownership and 2nd line resolution of incidents and service requests.

This organisation is a leader in their field giving you the opportunity to work with, and learn from, talented colleagues and specialists in the market.   • At least 2 years in a customer service IT application support role
  • Strong knowledge on server operating systems (Windows Server or Unix).
  • Strong knowledge of supporting and utilizing databases (Microsoft SQL or Oracle).
  • Ideally experienced in providing IT support for clinical IT applications but not essential

Package Details:

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + 10% bonus on top

Extensive benefits package including Private Medical Insurance and Company Pension scheme.
