As part of our continued partnership with a global technology leader in carbon capture and CO2 separation, NES Fircroft are now looking to identify an Commissioning & Operations Engineer, to support the successful commissioning & start-up of their plants across the globe for their customers, as projects move toward successful execution.
Their game-changing technologies target the removal of carbon dioxide from renewable natural gases and are being utilised by over 30 customers globally, with a rapidly expanding pipeline of global development and delivery to projects deploying CO2 separation technology into industrial and research facilities.
As such, the Commissioning & Operations Engineer, will be responsible for responsible for providing support for the installation, commissioning, and operations of their plants globally, supporting start-up and operation of plants at customer sites as well as pilot and demonstration units.
Ideal candidates will likely be an experienced chemical engineer, able to demonstrate hands-on experience with start-ups and trouble-shooting of Chemical, Oil & Gas plants within an engineering projects environment, with a depth of experience across installation, commissioning, operations, and maintenance.
In addition, an agile, diplomatic, and hands-on approach to managing technical customer interactions and expectations, are essential soft skills working in this dynamic start-up environment, while given the nature of the role, you will have the flexibility to travel extensively to support project activities.
