We're expanding the products and services the agency offers across all forms of creative and paid media and investing heavily in research and development through technology and tools.

Our goal in 2021 is to expand to 40+ headcount and we're currently seeing 50% YoY growth.

The Role:

We're looking for a strategic type who can sit in our Digital PR team and manage clients and a team of multilingual Digital PR specialists. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day mechanics of our client accounts, including creating and executing campaign strategies and working closely with wider members of the team to ensure all campaigns are newsworthy, delivered on time and hit KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of client budgets, expectations, 2-3 internal staff as well as external responsibilities
  • Formulate bespoke content strategies across industries and corporate clients
  • Uphold contractual obligations, manage team budget and general expectations of all clients
  • Owning client content & outreach projects, managing members of the team to ensure that target is reached
  • Active involvement in the advancement of our broader product offering
  • Provide training to internal team members on Digital PR best practices
  • Lead new business pitches or proposals
  • Adhere to and promote the values of the company

About you:

  • 3 years experience within a digital PR, SEO or Comms/PR agency
  • Experience of working across markets outside of the UK and US
  • You're a hardworking team player who is looking to learn and develop their client management skills
  • Project & line management experience
  • You're a pretty ambitious person and never want to stop growing and learning
  • A logical thinker who regularly solves problems by employing creative solutions
  • Enjoys multi-tasking and has very strong personal organisation skills
