Glean are looking for an ambitious, creative individual who can take ideas and turn them into a reality.

This is truly a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the CEO & Founder of a successful and fast-growing technology start-up. You will share the CEO's vision and use your creativity and ambition to make it happen. This role goes beyond the usual responsibilities of an EA and you'll be instrumental in growing and promoting the CEO's brand and network. To succeed, it'll be important for you to be business savvy, meticulously organised and always thinking one step ahead. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing wide-reaching support to the CEO. Your responsibilities will be varied, and to some degree, open to interpretation - you should be prepared to identify business matters that would benefit from your support.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

Executive Administrative and Organisational Support
  • Proactively plan the CEO's time with the view to maximising his efficiency
  • Create processes and systems to improve the CEO's organisation and effectiveness
  • Building a strong understanding of business priorities, gradually gaining the ability to instinctively understand where the CEO's time is best spent
  • Providing extensive meeting support, including preparing agendas, briefings and action points
  • Managing relations across a breadth of stakeholder groups, both internally and externally


CEO 360 Support
  • Content creation - assist in creating compelling and creative presentations, and acting as a ghostwriter to the CEO
  • Highly involved with research to help create compelling, evidence based narratives, including reading, digesting and summarising a range of material and delegating to the CEO as appropriate
  • Identifying key networking opportunities for the CEO
  • Project management - actively drive the the CEO's most critical projects and strategic initiatives, take the lead on projects where appropriate and facilitate seamless collaboration
  • Ad hoc additional support where necessary


CEO Profiling
  • Responsibility for building the CEO's profile
  • Coordinating the CEO's social media presence
  • Researching and securing public speaking engagements, interviews and award opportunities
  • Coordinating press and media needs for comments and quotes from the CEO
  • Creating briefing packs and talking points to maximise the impact of each opportunity


Person requirements

You're the right fit for our team and this role if you are:

Experience
  • Fast - seriously. Excellence and Efficiency are your super powers
  • Confident in networking - both in-person and via digital platforms
  • Experienced in profile building using a range of mediums, including social media
  • Experience of working in a high-growth, tech environment would be preferable
  • Creative writing experience or an interest in writing for pleasure
  • Used to working that one step ahead - you remember where everything is so the CEO doesn't have to
  • Experience of working with Founder/ CEO who has driven a new product to market would be highly desirable

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. You know how to influence using words.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and uncompromisingly high standards
  • Interested in productivity, optimising efficiencies and learning
