OVERALL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

You will be responsible for scaling all of our performance marketing channels to drive traffic and sales for both our consumer and business brands. This is an exciting opportunity to develop digital marketing channels to their full potential and help us scale our growth.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all performance marketing channels - Paid Search, Display and Paid Social to deliver to traffic, sales and ROI targets
  • Lead and develop strategies to improve performance of each marketing channel
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing performance growing traffic and sales and improving return on investment
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to create and manage compelling campaigns that align with our brand values
  • Manage and maintain digital marketing campaigns that align with our trading calendar
  • Develop close working relationships with our digital marketing agency and partners such as Google and Facebook
  • Constantly seek to improve performance working closely with our eCommerce trading team
  • Build performance marketing strategies for new product marketing categories to establish share of voice, traffic and sales and new customer acquisition
  • Review attribution models and how we can improve new customer acquisition economics
  • Stay up to date with latest trends in digital marketing and proactively recommend tests for new initiatives to improve ROI and grow traffic


WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN YOU?

  • Proven track record managing performance marketing channels and growing traffic, sales and profit
  • Entrepreneurial - constantly reviewing opportunities to improve performance and test new initiatives
  • Strong analytics skills - able to deep dive and understand key drivers of performance particularly improving CPA
  • Excellent knowledge of Paid Social as a channel to build awareness and drive sales
  • Strong Paid Search experience overseeing multi million pounds budgets with an external agency partner
  • Strong SEO understanding and has built strategies to improve SEO performance
  • Excellent relationships management skills - builds great working relationships with other teams and partners
  • High attention to detail - closely managing campaign budgets and high quality campaigns
  • Great initiative - determined to make things happen and deliver strong performance
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Adwords
  • Experience working in Retail eCommerce is preferred
  • Experience managing B2B campaigns would also be an advantage
