Customers across financial services, content distribution, connected television, eCommerce, gaming, and entertainment all trust InfoSum to seamlessly and compliantly connect their customer data to other partners through privacy-safe, permissioned, data networks.

There are many applications for InfoSum's technology, including standard 'data-onboarding' to much more sophisticated use cases that allow for the creation of owned identity platforms, the development of new data and advertising products, and the formation of entirely new marketplaces.

InfoSum was founded in 2015. The company has multiple patents, protecting its invention of the 'non-movement of data.' InfoSum is based in the US and UK, with offices, and customers across Europe and North America. The company is poised for exponential growth in 2021, with a fresh $15MM Series A investment, and a rapidly expanding client base.

We are looking for a product analyst to work within the engineering team participating in

the creation of new product features, from the idea stage to successful delivery to


Working as part of the product team alongside the key business stakeholders and the

Product Operations team you will gather and refine product requirements, ensuring we

are focused on delivering the business product vision. Initially you will play a key role in

our shaping process, where we gather requirements from stakeholders, prioritise them

and organise them into a package for the engineering team to deliver in a product

increment (6-8 weeks). We would like to evolve towards providing high quality

requirements in a testable form enabling better team understanding and clear

acceptance criteria.

Embedded within the engineering team you will also assist in the prioritisation of the

issue backlog, supporting detailed story/epic breakdown with your enhanced

understanding of the business requirements. Working with the QA team will allow you to

ensure our deliverables are of the necessary quality.

Beyond engineering we have a feature delivery process that involves coordination

between engineering, product operations, sales and marketing to ensure that when a

feature development is finished all the non-engineering activities have been completed

so that customers can actually use the feature successfully, these include support

documentation, internal training and marketing messaging. These activities are

managed by the product operations team and your role will be to help ensure the

necessary technical descriptions and understanding of new features is delivered to the

wider team in line with that process.

  • Help create support and training documents for internal and external users
  • Experience as an analyst, product owner or similar role in product
  • management
  • Familiarity with agile
  • Hands-on experience working in all stages of the product life cycle
  • Ability to explain technical details
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
  • Team spirit and good communication abilities
  • Drive the evolution of effective processes, ensuring these are documented and fully understood
  • Good organisational skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
BenefitsSalary £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

You will receive a competitive salary, 8% pension contribution, private health care and the opportunity to receive share options. Like most tech businesses, we are fully remote and intend to remain that way until social distancing measures are over in the UK. When things get back to normal there will be an expectation to travel to our Basingstoke office on a weekly basis as our engineering team is based there.
