Job DescriptionThe Digital Performance Marketing Executive role supports all areas of digital marketing acquisition through to sales conversion. Aspects of the role include:
Online acquisition including: SEO, PPC, Affiliate
Customer journey optimisation
Digital campaign implementation
Content management and creation
Use of Google Analytics to track and report progress
This role would be working in a dynamic, fast paced team who are responsible for ensuring our online customer experiences achieve their set goals and deliverables.
The role would be expected to work closely with approved marketing agencies and key internal stakeholders.
The role will work closely with other areas such as Customer loyalty, brand, customer service, Business Digital Organisation, Sales and Product Management.
QualificationsSuitable candidates should ideally have studied Marketing, business related or digital systems subject at degree level and be able to demonstrate experience of working within a marketing team, either agency or client-side, as part of their studies or previous work experience.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools such as Moz or SemRush and GoogleAds are essential. Experience of using Content Management Systems - either off the shelf or bespoke as well as Google Tag Manager are desirable.
The person should possess a good problem solving mindset, have a solid understanding of digital customer experience principles and have the ability to present complex data in a simple way. Proactive and calm, the person will also be able to challenge the norm. A creative eye is also required to find solutions to improve online customer journeys.
