As Senior Content Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role in raising awareness and consideration for Payoneer's value proposition among Marketplaces around the world. You will be part of the Global Enterprise Marketing team and work closely with the regional marketing and product marketing teams, the sales team, product and central content team to build the overarching content strategy for marketplaces across all channels & regions. You will be responsible for leading the strategy, creation, execution, and measurement of content that supports business objectives and revenue goals. The ideal candidate is someone with the ability to translate business insights, market data and complex product information into simple and inspiring stories that resonate with our customers; someone who puts the customer at the heart of everything and can build strategies and tactics around the customer across different buying stages, channels and formats.



You will be responsible for:

  • Report to the Senior Director of Global Enterprise Marketing, and be responsible creation, communication, execution, distribution, localisation, governance and optimisation of the global Marketplaces content strategy and editorial calendar
  • Partner with Merchant Services content lead to develop the overarching Payoneer Enterprise content strategy, editorial calendar, content partnerships and thought-leadership agenda to elevate the brand and drive awareness of Payoneer's end-to-end Enterprise narrative in the market.
  • Increase awareness and consideration of Payoneer by developing global thought-leadership content for large scale brand and PR campaigns partnering with external agencies such as research and PR to develop end-to-end strategy and plan.
  • Build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand our data and produce insightful data-driven reports.
  • Understand the buying cycle and collaborate with regional and product marketing to develop impactful content across the different buying stages.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Business Development & Product Innovation, Sales and Regions to support GTM of new products, features, and verticals via development & delivery of enablement materials.
  • Plan, create, and manage high quality content including product collateral, sales material, web content, content for virtual and offline events, keynote speaking submissions, videos, animations, case studies, blog posts and more that demonstrate the value of Payoneer and develop scaled distribution plans in collaboration with regional marketing.
  • Develop detailed understanding of user behaviours and preferences in our major content markets and partner with local teams to improve our offering based on those insights.
  • Establish goals and clearly defined metrics of success to measure the quality of content, audience growth, engagement, and content reach.
  • Develop common language and measurement framework for content strategy as well as processes to ensure effective delivery of content that is aligned to brand standards.
  • Manage a content freelancer/s as a player-coach, evaluating performance and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Partner with the global communications team to increase brand awareness in region via media mentions, PR, and speaking opportunities at leading industry events
  • Align closely with sales to develop an account-based marketing plan for key accounts, working to deploy custom multi-touch marketing plans
  • Work in close partnership with the sales team to maintain alignment between outbound sales and marketing efforts through ongoing planning, reporting, and feedback
  • Be the voice of the EMEA customer and develop targeting strategies, customer insights driven messaging, and creative that resonates with the pain points and needs of our target customers
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze program results to drive continuous improvement and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts


Is this you?
  • Significant experience in content marketing, strategy, or user experience.
  • Deep understanding of content, UX, and how they support business and brand strategy.
  • Shown success collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.\Skill at both long-form and real-time (immediate) content creation distribution strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to develop and train teams and leadership on content strategy, creation, and distribution.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the business goal behind the creation of a piece (or series) of content.
  • Leadership skills required to define and manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors and content types
  • A deep proficiency for storytelling with experience translating insights, product information and data into customer-facing content.
  • A superb track record for project management, executing multiple projects simultaneously, at a high frequency.
  • Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
