The Role

Cineflix Rights is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. With a focus on B2B marketing for global TV launch campaigns, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day updating and continuity of the digital sales tools for the company's sales and acquisitions division. This a full-time position, based in London, UK, and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Overview
  • Development of existing tools and ongoing research to find new, innovative approaches to TV marketing
  • Digital sales tool training and troubleshooting for internal teams, including the maintenance of how-to manuals
  • Keep abreast of launch plans and asset delivery timelines for roll-out across all digital sales tools


Sales Website and Screening App
  • Curation of website and show pages with imagery, copy, and key metadata in line with style guide
  • Provide input and develop the website based on research and available features
  • Create video highlights
  • Quality control and setting content restrictions
  • Coordinate with post-production for the encoding, uploading, and tracking of program deliverables
  • Keep sales team updated on show content status and manage sales team requests for video uploads and video sharing
  • Track website Google Analytics and produce reports
  • Manage sales team iPads including dispatch, installation, loading of content, troubleshooting, software updates Install iPad for sales team iPads, app troubleshooting for sales team, and coordinate software updates


Social Media
  • Day-to-day management of B2B Twitter account
  • Create content plans for show specific launches and briefs for social media campaigns
  • Produce engaging social content for show launches with guidance from communications team
  • Schedule posts using Buffer and Hootsuite
  • Coordinate Twitter Analytics reports and produce debriefs for social campaigns
  • Monitor and engage with fans and share content from partner accounts as well as industry trades


Marketing Presentation Decks, Digital Activations, and Email Marketing
  • Document USPs
  • Research product marketing comparables and prepare mood boards
  • Coordinate deck elements for sales and acquisitions team pitches
  • Curate video content and source imagery as well as clips for gifs
  • Prepare show metadata
  • Maintain client lists and define territories lists for mailouts with sales team
  • Produce analytics reports and monitor effectiveness
  • Quality control and go-live review


The Person
  • Diploma in Marketing or related discipline considered an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with media industry/entertainment marketing/brand marketing
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Photoshop; and basic design skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp or similar platforms
  • Experience with project management software; Slack, Monday, Taskworld
  • Avid social media user
  • Strong editorial (imagery and video) skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail orientated and process driven with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines
  • A passion for TV and digital, and all things tech
