We are working with a highly regarded and top-ranked US global law firm who are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join their dynamic Business Development team. Within this role, you will be providing support to a predominantly US-based team, so the option of working UK hours (9.30am-5.30pm) or US hours (12pm - 8pm) is available.

As part of the Business Development Team, you will support the firm's marketing efforts in relation to client contact and relationship data. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the firms' Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, InterAction, and the firm's eComms data.

Key responsibilities:
  • Researching and completing profiles in the firm's databases
  • Making recommendations regarding the system configuration and/or processes for data collection
  • Exporting, analysing and reporting data for business development efforts
  • Leading audit and data clean-up projects
  • Acting as an ambassador for the InterAction Team within the firm, winning the trust and confidence of their internal clients through sound advice on best practice, innovative solutions and sensitive client handling skills
  • Training users on navigating the firm's systems and identifying opportunities to strengthen user adoption
  • Ensuring the integrity of data by inputting data accurately, processing duplicates and verifying information
  • Collaborating with various teams to prepare for various upgrades to the platform, including testing, documentation and research


Person Specification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients and staff at all organisational levels of the firm
  • Demonstrable experience of working successfully in a client-driven environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work in a logical, methodical manner
  • Experience working within a professional services environment within database administration is ideal
  • Proficient multi-tasking skills with energy and enthusiasm
  • Pride in your work with the desire to strive for the highest standards of product and service delivery
