About us

Eerospace : We are an award winning design company working with both private clients and developers. We offer interior design specification to our private clients and a complete marketing package plus interiors to our developers. Eerospace is a small, hardworking company and we don't fit in a mold. Our studio is based in Battersea SW11.

The Sales and Marketing Manager

You are a dynamic, confident and energetic person who is passionate about working with people and building long term relationships. You're engaging, approachable and likeable.

About the role

Working as part of a team you will be required to run client projects which could be websites, branding, e-books, social media and other digital platforms. You will be proactive in developing the companies sales and marketing strategies and will monitor goals to ensure the company is on track for monthly leads and report back on the various campaigns on a weekly basis. You'll work with the Company Director and Design Manager to build new strategies and revise as needed.

  • Build good working relationships
  • Understand the needs of customers (both private clients and developers)
  • Research new business and clients
  • Ability to present our products and services in a a structured and professional way
  • Preparing email campaigns
  • Social media management (content creation and ads)
  • Brand development for marketing clients

Skills you'll need
  • Graphic design using design software such as Adobe suite or Canva
  • Mailchimp
  • Analytical skills
  • The ability to sell both services and products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Degree in level education, or a minimum of one year relevant job experience
  • Experience in the interior design industry and proficiency in contact relationship management (CRM) software is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a positive, professional, business image.
  • The ability and desire to sell both services and products
  • A good level of numeracy
  • A detailed understanding of how websites and other digital platforms work.
