DevOps Engineer

Based in: City of London - Worship Street/Remote

Job Brief

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team of DevOps Engineers working on our in-house products and delivering it to multiple gaming and financial clients globally. While working closely with the Head of DevOps; the ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of applications' build, release, deployment, and configuration activities.

Essential Skills
  • Excellent understanding of technologies such as Ansible, Bamboo and NginX
  • Working knowledge of deployment to cloud platforms - AWS and Azure
  • Strong bash scripting and Python skills
  • Proven knowledge of a broad range of software products
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications/ systems using proven or emerging technologies, in a variety of technologies and environments


Responsibilities
  • Work on complex, major or highly visible tasks in support of multiple projects that require multiple areas of expertise
  • Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the product development initiatives
  • Participates and/or leads in project planning processes and create development estimates and operational requirements to enable accurate planning with realistic timelines
