WPNC are looking for a UX/UI professional with at least 2 years experience of putting the user at the heart of digital experiences whilst helping organisations meet their objectives through beautiful website and mobile designs.

, as well as some commercial clients such as Direct Wines

Types of projects will include online fundraising websites, donation journeys and full websites.
You will be responsible for developing UX strategies and delivering a diverse range of UX activities for our clients. You will be a real self-starter with a keen eye to detail and enjoy presenting insight and user journeys in engaging ways, seeing this through to UI implementation. Candidates with a flair for implementing impactful UI and digital design will be considered before others.Role RequirementsEssential experience
- Ability to master the entire design process (turn insights into user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, up to final designs).
- UX research planning and delivery experience including:
o Data analysis
o User testing
o User interviews
o Heuristic analysis
o Journey mapping and Co-creation workshops
o Interactive wireframes
o In-depth understanding of best practise UI work and eye for good visual design. Relentless desire to learn and leverage the latest web technologies.
- UI planning and implementation experience including:
o Requirements definition
o Creative direction
o Creation of visual concepts
o Design libraries and design systems
o Presentation of final designs to client
o Developers hand-over
- Experience in managing multiple clients, projects and oversee others' work:
o A proven ability to interact excellently with clients, present work to stakeholders providing clear actionable insight and user driven creative solutions that meet organisational objectives.
o Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
o Ability to facilitate internal team communication, guide and mentor more junior team members, review their work and provide a clear design direction.Desirable experience

You are someone with an enthusiasm and eye for impactful UI design and an attitude towards creative direction, driving visual solutions from the very first steps until the final design. You also have a proven track record of developing UX strategies and plans and delivering in-depth user research.Type of person

This is ideally a full time role, but reduced hours and flexible working will be considered. The role can be 100% remote or a hybrid of remote working and some time in our London Soho office.
