About the Role:
As Head of Engineering you will manage a large department which covers all aspects of maintenance and operational safety for a diverse portfolio of facilities across one of the organisations leading resorts.
As well as operational responsibilities, you will also take strategic responsibility annual and through life maintenance plans which ensure optimum efficiencies on an ongoing bases.
You will also play a leading role in managing one of the organisations key departments, working with a team of Engineering Managers who are direct reports, maintaining high standards and compliance with mandatory processes and procedures on a daily basis.

About the Candidate:
You are an experienced Engineering Manager who already has experience of working in a diverse environment which includes substantial mechanical and electrical engineering facilities.
As a people manager, you enjoy being hands on and leading from the front whilst enjoying the process of delegating to your line managers and developing a strong and supportive culture across your team.
You have strong and proven planning skills with the experience of working to an annual maintenance schedule whilst remaining operational.
You can demonstrate a strong commitment to Health and Safety regimes and have already played a leading role in maintaining policies and industry standards.
You are ready for your next challenge, developing on your existing track record of success as an Engineering Manager.
