Your new role
You will be responsible for leading a team of Marketing Executives and creating and executing strategic marketing and brand plans, develop and report data driven metrics, support Product Managers by creating and delivering product launch strategy. You will manage digital marketing to ensure maximum exposure across all platforms and monitor and report on the data. You will be responsible for brand management, researching and monitoring market trends, building relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements to strengthen brand awareness. You will devise an exhibition and trade shows calendar, manage the annual marketing budget, can make pragmatic decisions, demonstrate a change instigator mindset to lead our client's continuous improvement and change culture and act as an ambassador for the company values.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a third level qualification in Marketing or related field, and minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing management role with experience in leading a team and prioritising workload. You will be experienced in digital platforms demonstrating knowledge in how to optimise and drive performance, and experienced in the design, management and reporting of marketing campaigns and content plans. You will have experience in customer relationship management, developing marketing strategies and driving brands, their presence and effectiveness in reaching key personas. You will have strong leadership and people skills and be a change leader who can initiate and deliver change and take people with them, and evidence of delivering and maintaining a continuous improvement culture. You will have excellent attention to detail, organisational, planning and prioritising ability and Strong influencing skills with ability to influence upwards, downwards and laterally with a strong creative ability. You will have strong financial and commercial awareness and the ability to see activities through to completion, you will have evidence of commercial acumen and ability to understand & analyse statistics using Google Analytics.Desirable if you have evidence of undertaking Continuing Professional Development, at least 5 years' experience in a marketing management role and Experience in the use of Photoshop, in-design, premiere pro and google analytics.
What you'll get in return
Salary between £40,000 - £50,000, quarterly company performance bonus, pension and private health care.
