Overview

Our client is a fast-growing 200+ person scale-up in SaaS Martech space helping enterprise clients deliver a better ecommerce & search experience leveraging sophisticated proprietary tech and AI to improve UX and conversions.

You'll have responsibility for the Northern Europe markets with a core focus on UK and will manage upto 2 x Account Executives (AEs) and 1 x Business Development Representative (BDR). Your key market will be UK. You'll join a high-achieving, high-energy, results-driven company where the rewards are second to none.

You'll enjoy lots responsibility, autonomy and exposure to the senior management team who will expect you to have the pulse of the market and a strong opinion on how to shape the markets you work in.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline, nurture opportunities and close annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the business with enterprise clients spending on average £150k+ per annum.
  • Develop the UK and Northern Europe market
  • Navigate objections
  • Devise account entry land and expand strategy
  • Work alongside and share best practice with your peers in Southern Europe and US


About you & must have requirements

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience as an AE or Senior AE
  • Experience with sales/CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Sales Navigator)
  • Can map out who the key decision makers are in large/enterprise and SMB organisations
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations on your feet and in written proposal format


Preferred

  • Ideally you'll join from Martech, Adtech, Online Advertising or Paid Search and Social SaaS tech vendors
  • A desire to manage direct reports (current sales leadership experience is not essential)
  • Pre-sales or Solutions Consulting experience so you can grasp and communicate often technically complex technical aspects to a non-technical audience
  • European languages (a plus but not essential)
