Your new role
You will provide day to day support to the Head of Group Communications and deliver a high quality internal and external communications service for the company and its Divisions. You will support the production and roll out of internal communications collateral including copy-writing and design of newsletters, development and design of internal campaigns. You will be managing key events and webinars, update and develop engaging content for a variety of platforms, take ownership of marketing communication activity e.g. production of newsletters, press releases, blog posts. You will monitor and report on engagement and results, oversee budget trackers, project management, liaise with third parties, and support a small team to deliver Departmental KPI's.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be of graduate calibre with a minimum of 4 years' experience in communications/marketing. You will be able to lead and develop team members, have an excellent knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint package, as well as Zoom and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. Excellent working knowledge and understanding of digital media and content management systems is a must as well as excellent communication skills. You will be experienced managing a busy schedule and thrive as part of a team. You will have a flair for writing in a variety of styles online and offline with meticulous attention to detail, as well as energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
