WHAT WE OFFER
  • Based in United Kingdom, you will provide sales support, training, demonstration, and professional services for DALIM SOFTWARE products within a dynamic team.
  • You will have occasion to travel to our headquarters in Germany, as well as occasionally assisting in other countries that have DALIM SOFTWARE.
  • The role requires a motivated individual with the ability to explain & provide technical solutions, with a customer focus. Both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Salary upon qualification and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support to our sales force, for products demonstrations and trade shows.
  • Consultancy with customers, in order to advise and plan their digital strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products, and on technologies from the printing and web based industries.
  • Contribute to create and maintain support, demonstration and training materials.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree or similar, in a computer science based subject.
  • Experience of working, or willingness to work in a support and/or a consultancy environment, both on-line and on-site, with a desire to travel.
  • Good grounding in Linux operating systems and script languages such as Javascript, PHP, Python, shell script and SQL is a plus.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills with positive and flexible, customer-service attitude.
  • Understanding of print, marketing & brand management industries is a plus.
