As Head of Consultancy & Support, you will be responsible for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders to improve their day-to-day operations. You will be leading a team of consultants and support analysts and be responsible for onboarding, integrations, implementation and managing issues. You will understand the PremFina technologies and business models. You will be passionate and committed to ensuring PremFina projects are successful and aligned with the platform/product of PremFina. You will provide leadership to your team and colleagues helping them to prioritise work; deliver and support technical projects and implement solutions according to client requirements (both internal and external). Previous experience working in a fast-moving finance & insurance environment is ideal.

Your contribution to something big
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the product technically and functionally.
  • Regularly organise and execute agile projects to enhance different areas of the product & platform
  • Assess client requirements for product and process changes and make key and transparent decisions on how such changes should be implemented.
  • Involvement in all stages of the delivery cycle: from research to development, working closely with the support team, business consultants, developers and key stakeholders including other departments (Credit, Finance, Sales, Customer Services)
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to your team helping them to make decisions on projects and implement technical solutions
  • Thoroughly document product and process inconsistencies/issues/software concerns for follow-up and/or resolution by the development team


Our ideal teammate has experience with/knowledge in
  • Likely to have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Basic knowledge of finance/insurance industry (especially lending/financing)
  • Technical skills - SQL, Programming language(s), Shell Scripting, Cloud Computing/Architecture
  • Data analysis and mining and report building skills (ideally Power BI)
  • An understanding of APIs and REST based Web Services, Jira, Confluence

You will get brownie points for
  • An IT related degree qualification
  • An understanding of premium finance is an advantage
