Job Details

Lead Data Analyst - £60,000 - £80,000 + Stocks- Fully Remote - Greenfield - Start-Up- Tech for Good

Our client is a vibrant start-up company, focusing on dermatological expertise within the skincare market. They are now looking to hire a Lead Data Analyst to join their growing technology team. Their aim is to revolutionise the way we think about our skin and to educate us on what is genuinely good for it, using data analytics to predict how skincare can work for you!

As a result, they have pioneered the first health-driven skincare platform, allowing people to access personalized, medical grade, skincare advice, products, and procedures. They now host an impressive practitioner and patient base, covering all areas from dermatological conditions and infections through to healing anti-ageing solutions. They currently have a team of around 50 people and are looking to recruit their very first Lead Data Analyst to join their technology team to help them build out their data landscape.

As a Lead Data Analyst, you would play a significant role in managing the business' performance through data analysis, visualisation and through working closely with the wider product and technology team. You will be producing useful insights to help guide their strategy and expand their data driven ecosystem, with a view to understanding the skincare market at a macro level.

Your aim as Lead Data Analyst would be to harvest data in order to discover what skincare practitioners are recommending, finding out exactly what their patients want and which products are going to be most popular, then using the data generated to create tangible insights in order to help the business develop and improve their stock, services and customer experience.

A truly exciting opportunity to take complete ownership of their data platform and build out a passionate data driven team to join this skincare transformation. As the first Lead Data Analyst hire you are in control of which tools you would like to use and have the flexibility and freedom to build your own tech stack. Therefore, this role has huge amounts of scope for both innovation and progression.
