We are looking for a Brand Manager to effectively execute across all channels of the marketing mix. You will have experience in developing and delivering marketing campaigns and be customer driven in your decision making, with strong commercial acumen. We're looking for someone who is naturally detail orientated, but with the capacity to think creatively, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in our growing Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

Brand Management

· Lead brand identity across material execution

· Own and deliver brand initiatives from the insight all the way to the target consumer

· Develop annual brand plan with Marketing Manager, focussed across all key channels (retail, food service and online)

Communications and Marketing Materials

· Develop promotional campaigns to deliver against agreed commercial strategy across multi-channel communication platforms

· Work closely with National Account Managers to create account plans, providing key insights to drive growth and unlock new business

· Develop core sales materials including POS and presentation decks which are customer insight-lead

· Ensure all materials are aligned to the brand across every B2B and B2C touchpoint, optimising message communication as required

Digital Marketing

· Develop strategy for social media channels and website, supporting Junior Brand Manager in execution

Market Research and Monitoring

· Keep up to date on environment and market understanding, leveraging new insights to adapt brand and campaign strategies

· Keep the broader business updated on competitor activity and key wider market learnings

· Analyse consumer reviews and feedback, ensuring our products are the best they can be for our customers

· Carry out product research to gather insights on customer and consumer perceptions

Agency Management
  • Support the Marketing Manager with the day-to-day running of agencies, through clearly defined plans, budgets and timeframes
  • Work closely with our media agency to maximise campaign impact and measure ROI


The Person:

· 2+ years' experience within brand management for a food and drink brand

· Data-driven & commercial marketeer who understands the shopper, the category context and how to develop strategies to drive growth

· Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

· A starter-finisher with a good eye for detail

· Happy to get stuck-in and adapt in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly
