RequirementsWe're on the hunt for a B2B Customer Marketing Manager to help us deliver marketing programmes which engage and increase customer retention and adoption of our products and service here at MarketFinance. You'll be a proactive self-starter, with excellent written and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally to drive customer engagement and advocacy.

Here's What You'll Be Doing
  • As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing our customer retention and revenue plans that will drive growth through our customer base
  • Use customer insights, data and analytics to identify the biggest opportunities to grow revenue from our existing customers.
  • Develop customer segmentation and targeting to deliver highly targeted CRM and lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with the a cross-functional team to optimise the end to end customer journey from account activation through to usage and advocacy.
  • Implement a test and learn process and workflow to constantly optimise customer experience and product adoption, with a view to reducing churn rates and increasing revenue per customer. Ensure full tracking and measurement of all initiatives.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to provide recommendations for new product features in order to create opportunities for growth opportunities and cross-sell.
  • You'll deeply understand our customers and their needs and want to tell their stories to the world
  • You will have a proven history of delivering successful customer growth and retention results, ideally within a SaaS business.
  • Be commercially minded and results driven, with the ability to prioritise and focus on the activities that will drive the biggest business and customer impact.
  • Have experience of managing complex data sets to drive insights, campaign execution and measurement and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying successful CRM campaigns, from customer segmentation to decisioning, communication and deployment through multiple channels (e.g. email and apps).
  • Technical and executional experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, Braze, Emarsys or other marketing automation tools.
  • Customer focused, with the ability to use customer insights to drive improvements to the end to end customer experience.
