Marketing Manager: The Company

Our client is a technology company providing world leading tools, insights and services that enable businesses to source responsibly and improve working conditions in global supply chains.

They currently have over 60,000 members around the world and are now at the start of an ambitious 5 year growth strategy to increase their customer base and revenue in the US, supporting their mission to impact the lives of workers in supply chains.

Marketing Manager: The Role

In this role you will be responsible for creating and owning the marketing strategy to drive new business and grow the current membership base to meet our client's ambitious growth targets in the US. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Define, own and deliver the strategy for generating new business for the US through marketing lead generation activities and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Optimise digital channels including the website and social media
  • Manage the delivery of prospect events, including running our own events/webinars and attendance at external events
  • Drive testing and reporting of lead generation and conversion activity, including channel analysis and ROI
  • Identify and deliver sales support tools to help the Business Development team

Marketing Manager: The Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
  • A minimum of 5 years' marketing experience owning and delivering lead generation activity
  • Strong knowledge of the US market
  • Ability to work and operate autonomously
  • Experience working within a technology company is desired
  • Proven experience in creating high quality content including reports, video and collateral for both external and internal audiences
  • A clear understanding of SEO, paid, earned and owned channels
  • Experience using marketing tools, for example email platforms, website CMS, CRM
  • Numerically skilled and commercially aware to conduct analysis of data and deriving insights, including working knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking
