Here at Thomson Keene, we are working with a well established Asset Management firm with brand new offices in the city of London. Salesforce is used for Client Relationship Management, KYC and supporting the sales organisation to conform to reg requirements.

In this role, you will be a Salesforce Architect, designing solutions to business issues and ensuring parallel development streams are at a high standard.
Good communication skills will be essential here as you will be engaging directly with key stakeholders, understanding the requirements and setting expectations on delivery.
You will need to have a background in the design of technical Salesforce solutions to solve varying business issues whilst maintaining the data model used in Salesforce and documenting the high-level flows of data between the processes within the platform.
As a senior member of the team, you will have governance responsibility, ensuring there is a governance layer across the development teams to identify potential technical conflicts and promote best practices.
The role is very much design focused and you will have the opportunity to work on various deliveries, collaborate with development teams and deliver business priority items for the Salesforce system.
Technical experience and a strong, evidenced background in Salesforce
User Interface concepts - you will need a strong understanding of this and data solutions that are used across the Salesforce eco-system
Having worked with Salesforce before extensively, you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the development lifecycle processes common within a large corporate Salesforce platform.
Good experience of delivering Salesforce projects, ideally in the financial sector or a similar heavily regulated industry.
Data migration project experience, whilst working directly with CRM systems.
