Job Purpose
  • Develop, support and manage Group customer-facing websites and any secure extranet or intranet
  • To drive traffic to the Group website, convert more visitors and run inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns at
  • Create a digital media strategy for campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Create an SEO strategy for the Vita Group
  • Coordinate and execute the creation of all digital content across all Vita owned channels (Website, Intranet, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter).

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for delivering all group digital marketing communications activity and supporting, defining, and implementing the digital requirements of all campaign/project-related activity. With specific responsibilities for the websites, intranet, email communications activity and marketing automation and contact databases for the Group, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Group Marketing and PR Manager to develop and execute the digital marketing strategy and integrated communications plan.

Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Develop, support and manage Group customer-facing websites and any secure extranet or intranet
  • Support the Group and broader business by developing, supporting, and managing digital communications channels, including email and third-party external media channels (key target media).
  • Planning and execution of promotional activity, including display and
  • Work with the Group Marketing and PR Manager, divisional marketing colleagues and external agencies to define and implement an effective programme of email marketing campaigns, utilising marketing automation, to support business
  • Work with divisional marketing colleagues to design and implement reporting capability for all marketing communications activity to share results with internal stakeholders to estimate
  • Work with marketing colleagues across the Group to develop a content strategy for Vita
  • Support the Group Marketing and PR Manager to drive the Vita ESG agenda through internal and external digital marketing
  • Work with external agencies to deliver digital projects and campaigns on time and within
  • Develop effective working relationships and strategies when working with agency partners.
  • Enable business development/sales teams with sales materials and develop and deploy new communication tools, approaches and platforms based on existing, new and forthcoming
