Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Target is expanding and looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Mortgage Product Owner to lead and develop the mortgage origination services to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

  • As the Mortgage Product Owner, you are responsible for the leadership, development and management of the outsourced mortgage operation and mortgage related product offerings for our clients.

  • Your key role is to define, advise and manage on all aspects of the mortgage operation, drawing upon your industry knowledge and experience to help define and manage all activities, processes, and policies in line with the client service levels and risk appetite.

  • This is a hands on role reporting into the Director of Client Operations, working closely with our clients senior management team you will continue to support the growth of the mortgage origination business in line with clients strategy, liaising with other key functions including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Risk Management, Client Development and Change Management.

  • You will shape and define the business solution, be the Mortgage originations SME that can advise clients on industry and customer best practice, ensuring Targets credibility is maintained and continuously advising and refining the service we offer to new and existing clients.

Experience & Qualifications:-

  • Extensive experience of the UK Mortgage Market specifically end-to end mortgage originations.
  • CeMap or equivalent qualified or the ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of MCOB (desirable).
  • A minimum of 5 years mortgage origination experience with a deep understanding of the end-to-end mortgage origination process.
  • A sound understanding of the variety of mortgage products e.g. BTL, LLL.

Location: UK (Remote)

Salary: Up-to 75,000 pounds per annum
