This is a qualitative research role so they are looking for someone with great qual skills. They are a mixed-methods agency, so openness and understanding of quant is ideal. Any hands-on quantitative experience is a bonus! The role itself will see you working on a variety of projects for their array of clients for the full research cycle. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects as well as liaising directly with clients, and through the bespoke research you are conducting with them, not only answer their questions, but it also gives you the ability to make recommendations on how best to improve their brands.
The company emphasises closeness with their clients and you'd be helping to maintain and grow these relationships through regular contact with them on things such as project progress and following up on projects after completion. So there's plenty of responsibility and things to get involved with!
2 years+ full-service market research experience
Strong Qualitative Research Skills and experience with a variety of qual research methods.
Confident with clients and wants to take a lead in client relationships
Experience in leading market research projects for clients
