We are working with a much loved hospitality and entertainment brand, based in Hertfordshire. With over 1700 employees, and more than 60 sites across the UK, they're market leader by some distance in their sector, offering a day/evening that people of all ages can enjoy. They're a great company to work for, with a fun and vibrant culture, replicating the customer experience they strive to offer. They've got some really exciting growth plans, with new sites on the horizon and a new product roll out.
They've naturally, over the last year, moved to nearly 70% of customers booking online. This is where this role comes in. The E-Commerce Manager will take ownership over the development and implementation of the digital acquisition and retention strategy. This will involve driving engagement rates, improving SEO and UX, A/B testing, merchandising, website personalisation, improving conversion and analysing performance and revenue contribution.
This is a great role for variety, autonomy, a fast pace, and the chance to promote products/activities people enjoy and want to buy. They've always had an e-commerce offering, but it's a great chance to drive this forward dramatically.
