Why Cloud

At the vortex of this digital transformation lies the "Cloud" due its ability to enable new business models, accelerate time to market while reducing capital and operational costs. According to Gartner, by 2024, more than 45% of IT spending on system infrastructure, infrastructure software, application software and business process outsourcing will shift from traditional solutions to cloud. This evolution makes cloud computing one of the most continually disruptive forces in IT markets since the early days of the digital age.

Why Oracle

Oracle is the #1 worldwide provider of business software, with $40B revenues in FY19, and 430.000 customers in 175 countries use Oracle technologies to seize business opportunities and solve real, tangible challenges.

For more than four decades, Oracle has delivered innovation upon which entire industries have been built, spending $64B on R&D since FY04, accruing 18.000 patents worldwide, and acquiring more than 140 companies for $80B.

Today, by offering the broadest and deepest suite of Cloud solutions, Oracle is at a unique position to claim the throne of the Cloud realm. "SaaS and PaaS are large, rapidly growing businesses for us. Together SaaS and PaaS grew 85% this past quarter. But soon infrastructure as a service will be growing even faster and before long infrastructure as a service will become Oracle's largest cloud business" said Oracle Executive Chairman and CTO Larry Ellison.

Oracle offers an unparalleled opportunity to get fully immersed into the Cloud theme across all stacks (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS) and solve our client's most complex technological challenges. Use cases are limitless and can span from achieving the next level of Customer Experience CX, to leveraging IoT to enhance predictive analytics on wind turbines to tapping into the potential of Big Data in order to speed clinical trials.
