We are looking for someone to be based in the City of London and once trained and settled, with an opportunity for hybrid working. Responsibilities will include first-line technical support of Microsoft Windows desktops and laptops and Office 365, via telephone and desk-side on client sites, managing incidents, requests, and problems.

More important than technical experience are personal qualities; intelligence, problem solving, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for IT. If you like building your own computers and know Windows 10 well, you could be the person we are looking for.

Being presentable and having good communication skills are essential for working with our clients. It is also important to note that some physical work may be required, such as moving computer equipment and setting up desks.

Starting salary range is £20,000 to £24,000 depending on experience. We also offer a friendly and supportive working environment with training and the potential to gain formal certifications.
