Who we are

A growth consultancy for tech startups.

Our consultancy clients are all tech startups: ranging from fintech, proptech, welltech and social media. They are all disrupting their own spaces, driving behaviour-change and solving real problems for real people.

The key focus is on building growth strategies for these disruptor brands in three stages - research, strategy, activation - with a particular focus on the launch stages.

Scale Up is a tech marketing hub with a mission to empower founders and boot-strapped teams with a focus on launch-stage startups in the third cohort.

In the next twelve months, we will be building and offering out-of-the-box launch solutions for startups.

We also work pro bono for social enterprises and founders from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Who we're looking for

We are looking to bring key expertise in-house to drive our client businesses forward, faster.

Someone who loves to build things, obsessed with data, testing and continually nudging that needle. You will enjoy starting things from scratch - building paid, social and lifecycle campaigns to reach the right people.

The Founder, Lucy, is based in London and can generally be found in a WeWorks or her garden shed but you can work anywhere. This is all about getting the job done and building exciting things.

It would be ideal if you have experience in a marketing role with small companies or startups, especially in the tech industry. You should know your way around google analytics, how to set up and optimise an Adwords campaign, build an automated email campaign on Active Campaign and know what to do with SEMRush.

If you are passionate about doing these things and know how to do some or all of the above then let's chat. We're also open to discussing a full or part-time role.
