Working across global accounts, the candidate will lead their teams through consistent delivery of projects to agreed budgets and timescales, addressing client objectives. Day-to-day work will include effective delivery of all account projects, management of their team(s), quality assurance and new business initiatives. A key part of the role will be proactive and professional development of existing client relationships, acting as a strategic counsel to become an extension of their internal team. To support the new business process, the candidate should also proactively contribute creative ideas and proposals, whilst driving organic growth through work on existing accounts.Who is the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-driven individual, with at least four years' experience in the healthcare communications sector and a knowledge of working within the constraints of the pharmaceutical industry. To succeed in this role, you will have an ability to quickly and effectively understand client requirements, as well as extensive experience in developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
The candidate should have excellent time management and financial management skills, as well as the ability to mentor, manage and inspire a team. We need fresh thinking team players who can work collaboratively and use sound judgement to provide confident counsel and support, both to clients and team members. - Previous experience in the healthcare communications sector
- Good financial understanding and experience with tracking budgets
- Effective time management and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - in particular Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
