Job Summary:

Trackforce Valiant is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to be part of our UK demand generation and growth marketing team. The ideal candidate must be a team player with solid communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and execute demand generation campaigns that generate, nurture, and deliver high-quality leads from multiple channels
  • Provide campaign tracking, reporting, and data analysis to drive new strategies in customer acquisition
  • Develop, execute, and optimize all lead generation, nurturing, and paid customer acquisition campaigns and programs
  • Continue to scale our marketing efforts and take responsibility for exceeding our pipeline opportunity goals quarterly
  • Develop programs and strategies for acquisition, retention, and expansion through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, nurture, retargeting, direct mail, content, social inbound channels, and other channels
  • Drive continual improvements in lead conversion rates, close rates, and funnel velocity
  • Lead SEO efforts and develop our roadmap of new pages and experiences to grow organically
  • Build out and run robust campaigns (webinars, newsletters, etc.) that support customer acquisition, upsell, and customer retention
  • Drive process alignment across marketing (lead management, revenue performance), ensuring optimal system of performance and data integrity
  • In partnership with marketing leadership, develop and execute a strong strategy and framework for marketing measurement, dashboards, analytics, and attribution.
  • Building and own a strong framework for analytics and continuous testing and optimization of landing pages and overall website
  • Define KPIs and implement measurement, analytics, benchmarking, and reporting methods to gauge success for marketing channels, campaigns, and initiatives





Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, media, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with B2B SaaS growth marketing and demand generation experience
  • Proven ability to achieve marketing goals and accelerate revenue while staying within budget
  • Strong understanding of what it takes to measure campaign performance and improve SaaS funnel metrics
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate customers
  • Data-driven with excellent strategic, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities
  • Experience managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display digital marketing campaigns
  • Salesforce.com (SFDC) reporting experience
  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with paid search and social channels
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize deliverables and resources working across projects, based on scope of work and project goals
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an aptitude for organization, prioritization, and communication
  • Up-to-date knowledge of and expertise in digital tools and techniques
  • Strong Analytical skills to measure performance on campaigns
