The Opportunity

Tasty Plc is looking for a Marketing Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the marketing agenda for an exciting restaurant brand.

Who we are

We have over 890 employees working across two brands Wildwood (pizza, pasta, and grill) and dim t (pan Asian), with over 50 restaurants. We are a team who are passionate about providing great food and service in equally spectacular settings.

The Role

The successful candidate will report to our Head of Marketing and will be responsible for all social media and marketing platforms to promote brand products and services independently and also working with third party agencies. The successful candidate will be able to display great leadership skills, deliver excellent customer service, have positive 'can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering the marketing plans for specific restaurants

• Writing engaging and on brand copy for individual sites

• Understanding the local community and identifying key opportunities for engagement

• Brief and manage the creation of on and offline marketing collateral to support key activations

• Create and manage the distribution of all marketing for restaurant activities

• Support in the updating and development of the restaurant websites / social media / local news

• Work effectively with the operations teams to create and deliver local marketing initiatives

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Work with the data agency to create customer profiles by site, and identify new markets and opportunities

• Work as part of the marketing team to support with idea generation or on key group wide activity

• Ensure a strong events calendar is in place per site

• Identify local community partnerships with like-minded brands to increase brand profile

• Drive newsletter sign ups and engagement with interesting content which encourages bookings

• Create post activation reports to understand ROI and key learnings

The ideal Marketing Manager will:

• Currently be a Marketing Manager or experienced Marketing Executive within a high quality restaurant or hotel group

• Passionate about food and restaurants and a keen interest in the food scene is desirable

• Have excellent copy writing skills and a good eye for design

• A confident communicator with excellent written skills

• Be experienced in digital communication

• Proactive with a can-do attitude with the ability to multi task

• A team player who is able to build relationships with the restaurant teams

• Able to use a MAC and Adobe and Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign experience will be beneficial
