Exciting opportunity for a Wholesale & Marketing Assistant to join a London based knitwear brand. Working closely with the Sales and Brand Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking marketing and wholesale administrative activities to support the team.

This is an exciting role for someone looking to take their first steps into a marketing career.If you are someone who has a general understanding of marketing techniques and who would like to develop their skills further working within a small and friendly team, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

· Manage the day to day activities of the website including fulfilling orders, uploading content for launches, refreshing banners, etc.

· Ensure necessary content for all on site campaigns is being developed and delivered within the set deadlines

· Work closely to develop effective content to drive website conversion

· Work with the team on merchandising and inventory, including providing sales data that helps influence the products that are featured on site

· Manage email campaigns in line with the marketing calendar

· Assist with seasonal e-commerce product photography & lookbook shoots with the team

· Manage social media channels

· Manage wholesale orders including fulfilment and payment chasing

· Create wholesale Marketing materials including newsletters and linesheets to support the sales team

· Organise and attend Trade Shows

· Produce product sell through and marketing analysis reports, monthly and seasonally

· Prepare and analyse sales reports to help inform and develop future e-commerce strategies

About you:

· A recent graduate or assistant looking to gain hands-on marketing experience in a creative environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good ability to prioritise and manage workload

· Graphic design skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially photoshop and InDesign a must

· Creative, entrepreneurial & results driven
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of email marketing, digital and direct marketing is beneficial
