We are working with a specialist UK law firm who are seeking to bring in a client relationship manager for their tier 1 pensions practice. You will be joining an established BD function that operates on a collegiate basis with the remit of being the firms client relationship manager. We would welcome applications from individuals who are keen to focus solely on the client relationship piece and have operated within the professional services market. Previous exposure to working within the pensions market would be beneficial to carry out the duties of the role.
Key aspects of the role;
- Managing the firms established client relationship programme, working with key CRM partners in the firm and the wider business development team.
- Strategically plan and coordinate client specific analysis, which will include you; relationship mapping, client revenue generation, specialised client market intelligence research.
- Oversee the teams marketing executive in terms of coordinating the firms external market presence through a range of marketing initiatives, including campaign and event management.
- Work with the Marketing Director on core marketing plans including working on the firms social media presence and brand strategy.
The firm has a very strong leadership team who have operated at the firm for a good length of time, so it's quite rare a role with them comes into the market. We feel this would suit an individual who has a passion around client relationship management and would like to work in a role with a great depth of responsibility.
