Five years ago, the technology team played a largely tactical role in supporting and maintaining the tills and back of house functions. Roll the clock forward, and tech is now firmly at the centre of the strategic narrative of the business where we:
Evolve & maintain the effectiveness of business activity through tech-enablement and automation.
Create digital competitive advantage through nurturing deep technical capability.
Unlock new business models by harnessing the disruptive force of technology.
The impact we seek is even more aspirational, with us looking to inspire people through technology. Whether those people are our customers and Nandocas (our name for our employees), our partners with whom we co-create, others across the restaurant sector, and even working on consumer experiences at large who are inspired to follow- that's our purpose. We're watching the rapidly changing landscape carefully while testing and learning.
At Nando's, everyone is welcome. Inspired by our Southern African heritage we know and value the richness that diversity brings to Nando's. We're committed to creating an inclusive and respectful culture for all; including our existing and future Nandocas, partners and suppliers, customers and the communities we are a part of. We deliberately work hard to create an environment where every individual is valued, respected and can flourish regardless of who they are, their background or outlook on life.
We welcome applications from a diverse range of individuals and will consider any reasonable adjustments in order to enable candidates to perform as well as possible during the recruitment process
