In this role you will have full ownership of all CRM campaigns across email and SMS. You will be expected to develop and project manage the roll out of multi-channel CRM strategies that optimise spend and maximise customer lifetime value.
They key components for this role are:
- Strategic yet hands on executional
- A decent understanding of HTML
- Numerate, understanding statistical significance when testing
- Ability to work autonomously
This is a senior role within the team and you can expect to make the step up to Head of Customer Engagement next.
