Job DescriptionWe are looking for members of the community with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a real difference to the quality of life for our clients.

As a CAREGiver with us, you will provide a variety of services to our clients to help them live a better, happier life whilst being able to stay in their own home. This could include light house duties such as cleaning or tidying, cooking healthy and delicious meals or simply providing some much needed companionship.

Here at home instead we believe companionship-led care is the way forward. That's why we match our clients and CAREGivers based on personality and interests, helping you to build a genuine bond and level of trust with our clients. In turn, this enables us to provide truly exceptional, personalised support for those who need it.

It's not just our clients that are important to us at Home Instead. Our CAREGivers' wellbeing is a priority to us as well - while you care for our clients, we care for you.

QualificationsYou don't need to have any qualifications or experience to join our amazing team and start caring with us. We provide full, award winning training for all of our CAREGivers regardless of experience. All we need from you is a big heart, a passion for helping others and availability over the weekends.

Applicants ideally should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle although other methods of transportation may be acceptable and given due consideration depending on the needs of the client and their location.
