Key Responsibilities:

1. Working closely with the senior management team to define, develop and deliver an ecommerce strategy in line with the key brand and business commercial objectives

2. Engage with key outsourced partners and internal team to ensure sales, margin and brand targets are delivered

3. Develop and manage an ecommerce marketing plan and budget to demonstrate the ROI

Main Duties:

• Develop and agree the sales strategy and targets for the ecommerce business providing a critical path and calendar

• Devise an ecommerce plan to generate traffic to the site working with internal and external resources

• Working with creative teams to ensure all site content is current and implemented in-line with the brands broader positioning and creative direction

• Ensure the site is properly structured to maximise revenue through product delivery, site traffic, conversion rates and basket values etc.

• Define, implement and manage all technical processes relating to product delivery, payment processes and partners

• Working with creative team to define 'brand experience' throughout the shopping process and onto delivery of goods to the customer

• Define and implement all CRM programmes including email communications throughout the shopping process

• Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports including all key performance measures and resulting actions/activities planned

• Provide updates as required to track budget plan versus expenditure and ROI

• Weekly sell through reports

• Product management - end to end management of getting new products online from Shopify set up to organising E-Commerce shoots

• On-site visual merchandising
