We are looking for a Programmatic Partnerships Manager who will provide the team with core responsibility and management for the successful delivery and servicing across the various programmatic buying units. You will be accountable for delivery and responsible for ensuring exceptional service is provided to publisher partners, agency contacts and internal stakeholders throughout.

While a process driven role, full aspects of account management is also a key part. The role supports and interlinks into multiple functions across business development, operations, analyst, and investment.

  • Accountability for successful campaign delivery and performance across all products
  • Troubleshooting campaign delivery
  • Key point of contact for specific publisher/agency accounts, develop lasting and effective relationships
  • Maintain exceptional service levels towards internal and external teams
  • Regular meetings with publishers and clients (kick off calls, weekly meetings, QBR's)
  • Setting up and onboarding new publishers and new integrations, providing support on business development of new products within existing relationships
  • Setting up campaigns and assisting with campaign execution and communications
  • Overseeing the execution of campaigns
  • Resolving internal and external finance accounts queries
  • Coaching and training other team members with regards to processes, systems, and core media knowledge
  • Keeping publishers up to date on products, developments, and initiatives
  • Main point of contact for internal teams for queries on publisher portfolio, improving processes and driving efficiencies
  • Manage planning and allocation of investment across key products with the support of partnership and investment team

Experience Required
  • Evidence of technical comfort and strong understanding of internet functionality
  • Deep understanding of digital media technologies and market
  • Proven track record in establishing high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Digital experience in an agency holding company/agency/trading desk/network/publisher
  • Analytical experience - evidence of having approached problems from a mathematical perspective and working through to a solution in a logical way
