Gemraj Technologies are thrilled to be looking for a Head of Digital Marketing role, we want someone who can take us to the next stage in the world of Digital Marketing.

Due to their success, they are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join them. This senior position will require team management experience, specialist skills responsible for digital multi-channel delivery, client liaison, creation of digital marketing strategies with some experience of web development, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

Develop Digital Marketing Strategies

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Design, build and maintain our clients' social media presence

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience

Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touch points

Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels

Collaborate with suppliers, clients and other partners

Evaluate emerging technologies

Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Innovative and come up with Fresh Ideas

RequirementsAt least 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a degree in marketing

Must have worked with an IT Consultancy company

Excellent written and spoken English with a passion for writing

Excellent attention to detail

Experience in using CRM systems such as Wordpress, Drupal and Magneto

Proven experience in using tools such as SEMrush, Moz and Google Analytics

Good understanding of online marketing channels and strategy

Strong Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint

The ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational, planning and administration skills, and the ability to multi-task

Agency experience in PPC, social media, email marketing and digital marketing

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and get results

Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Working knowledge of ad serving tools

Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
